Honest & Andalusian Tavern by Dani García
The first Tragabuches restaurant was created in Ronda in 1998. Dani Garcia’s intention at that time was none other than to create the first KM.0 restaurant where the product takes centre stage. 24 years later, they have revived that same philosophy and are back to cooking with 100% Andalusian ingredients. Tragabuches serves the dishes we have known and eaten all our lives, accompanied by well-known Spanish wines. Andalusian cuisine classics such as potato omelet, gazpacho or ajoblanco with that Dani García touch. Iberian cured meats, cheeses, meats and stews in a menu that savors the memory of this land. Vegetables from the Coín market, the freshness of fish from Cádiz and the smoothness of cheeses from Granada complete a menu that is cooked with a lot of art.
