Give conference attendees a memorable visual summary of conference content and not mountains of PowerPoint presentations that will be relegated to a dusty pile as soon as they get back to the office! During the course of the conference our local graphic recorder will capture, in real time, and in large scale graphics, the key points of the presentations being made. The final graphic usually measures 2.7m x 1.2m. After the conference the graphic is digitised and this visual summary of your conference takes on another life post event.

As a DMC we’ve all seen the hours clients spend on trying to create the perfect seating plan to encourage guests to mix and mingle.  This activity takes that wish a bit further and guarantees that interdepartmental will never quite be the same again!  Challenges involve feeding your neighbouring colleague with a huge loopy fork, or feeding them whilst blindfolded or having your post-meal coffee whilst balancing a ball on your head!
