Setting out by catamaran, snacks and drinks will be available on board throughout the activity. The golf assistant will give a demonstration of how to perfect your golf swing and use volunteers to point out the most common errors. The balls used are ecological and biodegradable, breaking down into fish food once in the water. Apart from driving practice there is also special matting on deck for putting practice.
Swing & Sea represents a novel twist to a traditional activity.

NORTH OF SPAIN: GALICIA
UNIQUE EXPERIENCE IN SANTIAGO – THE BOTAFUMEIRO
The renowned “Camino de Santiago” (St James’ Trail) is the pilgrim’s trek or ‘way’ that has multiple traditional starting points but which all culminate in the magnificent cathedral of Santiago de Compostela. Here, the Botafumeiro or censer, the vessel in which incense is burned and swung, is one of the largest in the world weighing 53 kilos and measuring 1.5 metres across, reaching speeds of over 40 miles per hour as it swings from a height of 20 metres above the congregation. It is an awe-inspiring ritual dating back to the 14th century and one that your group members can experience alongside the faithful and the recently arrived footsore pilgrims.
COSTA DE LA LUZ
JOURNEY IN THE STEPS OF CHRISTOPHER COLUMBUS
The Costa de la Luz is a magnificent unspoilt stretch of coastline that stretches between Huelva and Cadiz served by the airports of Faro and Seville. The hotel infrastructure (one property offers 1,200 rooms!) and activity possibilities (wineries, horse and bull ranches, etc.) make the area ideal for conference and incentive groups. It was from this coast that Christopher Columbus set off to discover the New World and a specialist tour traces his steps from the monastery in which he planned his first voyage, to replicas of his boats and then a visit to the tiny harbour from which he set sail. A themed gala dinner in the monastery would be the perfect way to complete a fascinating insight into the life of this intrepid explorer.
